Richard Goldberg

Executive Director

Dick has been an executive in the nonprofit alcoholism and drug abuse field, worked as a corporate VP of Human Resources, and served as chair for both the Missouri Children’s Trust Fund and Kids in the Middle. He has more than 30 years experience as a management consultant, working with businesses, nonprofits and municipal governments, and started an educational consulting firm tasked with working with 20 troubled public school districts. Dick has Masters Degrees in social work and business and was a seven-term elected public official. He lives in St. Louis, MO.

John Bacon

Information Technologies Director

John joined the MKP-USA staff in July of 2011 after serving as Administrator and Center Director for MKP in North Texas. He is an NWTA LIT (Leader in Training) with over 17 staffings. Bacon designed and engineered the MKP Connect Community portal and oversees all things coded, clouded, or emailed in MKP USA. He lives in Plano, Texas, with his wife Ann and their son Michael. He’s a long time musician.

Administrative Director

Keith has a varied history including customer service, massage therapy and horticulture. Before he began working full-time for MKP in January 2009, Keith held numerous volunteer roles at the project and local levels. His current position is both technical and administrative, supporting the development of systems that can efficiently serve rapidly expanding needs with a slowly growing infrastructure. A born dog-lover and avid reader of science fiction, Keith enjoys gardening, fantasy football and following Ohio State University sports teams.

Communications & Marketing Director

Boysen received his BA with honors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, after completing two years of design coursework at Cornell University. He joined the MKP-USA staff in September 2010, having served as the volunteer Marketing Coordinator for over three years, and as Center Director in the New England Community. Boysen is responsible for MKP’s national marketing and brand management including design, copy-writing, web development, social media, and oversight of several volunteer teams. He supports local centers in reaching more men. Boysen completed the New Warrior Training Adventure in 2004. He lives in Springfield, MA with his wife Kendra. He’s a dedicated husband, cyclist, crossfitter, and urban gardener.

Greg Gondron

Center Training & Operations Coordinator

Greg brings a deep understanding of the MKP organization, having been Center Director in Houston for six years as well as a Certified NWTA Co-Leader with 92 staffings.

Born in Port Arthur, Texas, to a family of Cajun descent from Louisiana, Greg graduated with a Masters in deaf education in 1984. After teaching for a decade, he served as an interpreter for the deaf for 22 years. Greg then returned to pursue his Master’s in administration eventually becoming the director of a regional day school program for the deaf in Galveston, Texas. He joined the MKP-USA staff in 2010 and coordinates all NWTA, insurance and training matters.

Greg has been a member of several choruses, plays guitar, flute and some piano. He is currently a member of the Gay Men’s Chorus Houston and Bayou City Choral. He was initiated into MKP in July, 1998 on his 37th birthday.

Scott McGregor

Finance Director

Scott joined the MKP-USA staff in July of 2013. He holds a PhD in business administration and over 20 years of accounting experience in the government, nonprofit and private sector. He also became an ordained Vaishnava brahman (monk) in 1997 and spent 12 years living in temples in both India and the US. He’s thrilled about his new position, saying: “Managing finances with an organization like MKP-USA where stewardship excellence goes hand-in-hand with personal growth is a dream come true for me.” He lives in Santa Barbara, CA, with his wife Fayenen and son Michael. Scott initiated in September, 2010, and is active in his local community.

Jon Levitt

Jon Levitt

Development Director

Jon has facilitated workshops and forums for 20 years including Opening the Hearts of Men, the Warrior in the Workplace, Grace and Miracles, and as volunteer staff on numerous Mankind Project trainings, workshops and activities. Jon served at Merrill Lynch for 10 years where he was licensed and registered principal overseeing tax, brokerage and operations groups. In 2007, Jon opened his own consulting firm, JSA Business Development, LLC.

Jon has served as Interim Executive Director, Finance Director and now is leading the Development department to build a robust and virtuous member relations program.

A Certified NWTA Co-Leader, Jon is involved in many MKP committees and continues his personal mission to inspire passionate service to humanity through affirmation, compassion, courage, enthusiasm, fierceness and grace. He lives with his wife and two children in rural New Jersey.
